shipment the Sellers are to test the goods in accordance the

technical conditions the Contract.

The results the tests are to be stated the Certificate

duality or the Test Report.

The Buyers have the right to send their rqpresentatives. the '

Seller's mill to inspect the process. manufacture. the goods, the

quality . the goods to be delivered. the present Contract and to

take part. the test. the goods.

The Sellers shall place. the disposal. the Buyers' inspectors,

free. charge, . materials and laboratories necessary. testing and

shall secure the possibility. the Buyers' inspectors to see the

manufacture. the goods. the whole technological process.

The Sellers are to inform. the Buyers. the date. the

readiness. the goods. inspection 10 days. . it.

Not less that 3 per cent. the let. the goods ready. shipment

shall be inspected. The Sellers guarantee that the quality. the

balance . the lot conforms. the conditions provided. . Clause 2

. this Contract. . case. necessity the Buyers' representative shall

be entitled to test the quality. the goods. a neutral laboratory.

If the second inspection no defects are found, the Buyers'

representative signs the Inspection Report.

Should the Buyers' inspector fail to arrive. the mill. the tests, the

Sellers will carry. the tests. his participation.

The results. the tests are to be stated. the Certificate

Quality.

. this case and provided. the mall's tests show the conformity

. the quality. the goods. the technical conditions. the Contract

the representative. the Buyers send. the Sellers the Release Note

. Shipment. inspection.

The participation. the Buyers' inspector. the inspection. tin

goods does not excuse the Sellers. the liability. the defects. tlu

goods which may be found afterwards.

The final acceptance. the goods. respect. quality is carrlfi
