We have thoroughly considered your proposal and would like to offer you an Agency agreement clarifying the following terms:

We offer you to have sole distribution rights covering the area of Malaysia, which will give you an excellent opportunity of acquiring a wide range of customers. We are prepared to offer 8% commission on net prices plus a substantial advertising allowance.
