We have received your indent No. 3211, and we are pleased to inform you that we have dispatched today the following goods to Helsinki by our own lorry: 6 stapled cases of Gzhel china, numbered consecutively 101-106.

The consignment will be loaded on the MV Sunrise which is due to leave Dock No. 9 on June 29 for Hamburg.

We have drawn on you for the invoice value, 56,098.00 euros, at 60 days after date through Handels Bank, to whom we have given the consular and commercial invoices, the Bill of Lading, and the insurance policy taken out with the Fidelity Insurance Company.

These documents will be delivered to you by the Hamburg Branch of Handels Bank on the date you honour our Bill of Exchange.

As soon as these cases are delivered to Hamburg, we would appreciate your notifying us.

15.Мы категорически не согласны с несоблюдением Вашей фирмой первоначально намеченных сроков отгрузки товара.

16.Мы не можем согласиться на отсрочку отгрузки товара до 31 октября и настаиваем на соблюдении первоначально намеченных сроков поставки, т.е. на прибытии судна в порт погрузки не позднее 10 октября.

17.Просим сообщить о сумме страховой премии при страховании груза в Вашей компании на полную фактурную стоимость согласно прилагаемым документам.

18.Страховой полис вступает в действие немедленно переход товара в распоряжение покупателей.

19.Товар должен быть погружен на борт судна Балтийского пароходства «Капитан Борисов», которое должно отплыть из Калининграда в Гамбург 15 января 20__ года.

20.Согласно условиям контракта товар со склада должен забрать представитель Грузополучателя.

21.Просим сообщить Ваши расценки по страхованию грузов на складах и в пути против всех рисков.

Настоящим сообщаем, что мы не можем принять следующую партию груза по контракту 56-432 в связи с загруженностью складских помещений.

Просим Вас рассмотреть возможность изменения программы отгрузок и назначения судна с позицией на сентябрь. Со своей стороны мы обязуемся произвести необходимые действия по продлению срока действия аккредитива, банковские издержки за наш счет. Кроме того, мы письменно подтверждаем согласие на несоблюдение Вами первоначально намеченных сроков отгрузки.

К сожалению, мы вынуждены уведомить Вас о некоторых проблемах, возникших в связи с поставкой товара по вышеуказанному контракту.

Согласно графику отгрузок судно, назначенное для перевозки товара, должно прибыть в порт погрузки в конце этой недели. Однако в ближайшие 2 недели мы не сможем разместить груз на складе в порту в связи с перегруженностью портовых складов.

Исходя из сложившихся обстоятельств, мы готовы предложить Вам следующее решение. Первая и вторая партии будут отгружены через 2 недели одним судном, для чего необходимо Ваше согласие на замену назначенного судна на другое, большей грузоподъемности.

Просим рассматривать данную ситуацию как исключительную. Мы делаем все возможное для соблюдения первоначально намеченных сроков поставки.
