2.Use your own names. The caller phones Exportfruit Co. and wants to have his/her order one week earlier than agreed. The Exportfruit Co. representative thinks that will be possible. He/she gets the reference number and says he/she will ring back.

3.The caller is interested in importing caviar from Russia. He/she contacts the Chamber of Commerce of Russia in London to find the name and address of the best person to contact.

4.The caller wants to speak to Chang Kung Lee in Hong Kong. But he has the wrong number.
