Заключение

Повышающаяся важность, приписываемая образованию в глобальной экономике, не является неуместной в том смысле, что нации будут в возрастающей степени определять богатство стран в терминах качества человеческих ресурсов их населения. Создание постфордисткой экономики будет зависеть от активного государства, вовлеченного в инвестиции, регулирование и стратегическое планирование экономической инфраструктуры бок о бок с обязательством формирования умений через образование и обучение. Мы утверждаем, что такая экономическая стратегия необходима, так как это лучший способ создания социального дивиденда, который может быть использован для финансирования «базового дохода» для всех, полагая, что «распределительная» проблема не может быть более решена через занятость в рамках разделения труда. Социальный заработок, который освободит семьи от бедности, таким образом, становится важной основой обучающегося общества, предназначенного для следования постфордисткой траекторией к глобально конкурентоспособной экономике и социально справедливому обществу. Следовательно, если потенциал и ограниченность образовательной реформы в создании постфордисткой экономики должны подвергнуться адекватному обращению модернизаторами, то у левых есть срочная необходимость взяться за вопросы, исследованные в этом докладе.
