I. Agency fee

§ 1. For the services rendered to the Owners the Agent is granted the following Agency Fee:

as per "Tariff of Minimum Agency Fees" in force.

§ 2. On all ships owned or chartered by the Owners the Agent shall grant to the Owners the rebate of 15% from Agency Fee shown above (§ 1).

§ 3. In case the Agents be entrusted by V/O "Sovfracht" to render agency services to vessels chartered by V/O "Sovfracht" on voyage Charter Party terms, the Agent shall credit to V/O "Sovfracht" a bonus of 15% from Agency Fee shown above (§1).

II. COMMISSION FOR BOOKING CARGOES AND PASSENGERS If on the order of the Owners the Agent manages to book cargoes and passengers for Owners' vessels, the booking commission is hereby agreed upon at 5% from the amount of freight earned by the Ow­ners.

Note: The Agent is not entitled to any commission on freight booked by the Soviet Export and Import Organizations or directly by the Chartering Organization.
