Вы только что плотно пообедали, но вид тарелки с печеньем все равно вас соблазняет. Почему? Потому, что вы любите печенье? Или потому, что вы от природы сладкоежка? А может, виноваты гены? Или настроение подкачало? Как разобраться?
Причин переедания много, как биологических, так и эмоциональных. Что такое биологические причины? Ну, например, у Вас случился большой перерыв в еде (скажем, больше пяти часов). Аппетит зверский и вот, наконец, вы дорвались до обеденного стола. А у аппетита есть одно нехорошее свойство. Он реагирует на пищу с большим опозданием. Получится так, что вы уже наполнили желудок, а есть все равно хочется, и вы продолжаете есть. Это и называется перееданием. Есть еще одна причина биологического толка – неправильное питание. Допустим, утром из лучших побуждений вы съели миску овощного салата. Однако она содержит слишком мало калорий. Потом вы отправились на работу. Ваши энергозатраты растут час от часа, но калорий в организме больше не становится. Понятно, что за рабочим столом у вас появляется острое желание что-то съесть – конфетку, яблоко и прочее. Однако все эти «мелочи» сгорают в желудке очень быстро. Желание поесть нарастает. Дальше вы либо переедаете за обедом, либо продолжаете перебиваться конфетами, яблоками, печеньем до конца рабочего дня и переедаете уже за ужином. Между тем, правильным будет устроить плотный завтрак, чтобы на него пришлось не менее 45-50% всей дневной калорийности рациона. Тогда приступов голода не будет. И на обед вы съедите меньше, и ужин получится умеренным.
Теперь об эмоциональном переедании.
Здесь большую роль играют условия детства. Если ребенка вкусно кормили в детстве, и он привык получать удовольствие от еды, то, став взрослым, он рискует в эмоционально сложных ситуациях «заедать» их сладостями и прочим. Если же в детстве питание было обычным, то такого не происходит. Сами по себе стрессы обычно приводят к угнетению аппетита и потере веса. Однако многие переедают как раз по причине отсутствия эмоций. Это чаще всего женщины: ей не хватает времени, она привыкла крутиться как белка в колесе, и когда выдаются редкие минуты покоя и тишины, она просто не знает чем себя занять, и вот уже ноги сами собой несут на кухню, чтобы поставить чайник и выпить кружечку чая и съесть пару-тройку печений, хотя совсем и не хочется.
Необходимо задать себе три вопроса. Вот первый: «Действительно ли я голоден?» Иногда мы садимся есть по привычке. Допустим, вы все же чувствуете, что голодны. Тогда задайте себе второй вопрос: «Как сильно я голоден?» Попробуйте разобраться в своем душевном состоянии. Вспомните, когда вы ели в последний раз и что. Иначе говоря, подойдите к вопросу сознательно и определите степень своего аппетита. Зачем? Чтобы не переесть! А для этого задайте себе третий вопрос: «А может быть, я смогу вообще обойтись без еды?». Да, не прогуляться ли вам в магазин за покупками? Или просто пройтись по свежему воздуху, чтобы забыть кухонные соблазны? Иногда бывает достаточно просто позвонить кому-то и обсудить последние новости. Положишь трубку - и про еду не вспоминается.
Проблема переедания приобрела просто катастрофические размеры. Между перееданием и повсеместным ожирением населения наблюдается прямая связь. Вокруг столько толстяков, что, кажется, что-то стряслось с ДНК человека. Повальное переедание началось около 30 лет назад. Это связано с тем, что кока-кола, пепси-кола и фруктовые соки стали по-настоящему массовыми продуктами рынка. Сегодня их пьют все- от пенсионеров до малолетних детей. В стакане пепси содержится несколько столовых ложек сахара. Что касается фруктовых соков, то они уже сами по себе калорийны, но их начали вдобавок подслащать для «улучшения» вкуса. В итоге сегодня с полным правом можно говорить о планетарном ожирении человечества.
К тому же мы стали очень мало двигаться. В конечном счете, не так и важно, сколько калорий вы получили с питанием. Важно, сколько калорий вы потратили. Ну а если вы весь день просидели за рабочим столом, а вечером устроились перед телевизором, то даже малое количество еды способно наградить вас жировым отложениями.
Ну и как все же бороться с перееданием? – спросите вы. Это звучит банально, на надо завести дневник питания и записывать все, что съедаете – вас ждут неприятные открытия. Запомните, психика играет огромную роль в питании. А потому куда чаще вам подает сигналы голода вовсе не желудок. Еда для современного человека сегодня- символ комфорта. Мы не просто едим, мы хотим получать от еды удовольствие. Таким образом, питание – это набор психологических привычек. Если вы полнеете – значит, ваши привычки в питании никуда не годятся. Что делать? Создать себе другие привычки, только и всего. Человек на удивление быстро ко всему привыкает. Создайте себе другие привычки! Человек на удивление быстро ко всему привыкает.
