Assignment 2. Substitute the italicized words in the sentences for their synonyms. Translate the sentences into Ukrainian:
1. The short-term success of any marketing effort depends on a strong product. 2. The product range consists of all the products a business sells. 3. Every product has a life cycle, the stages of which are introduction, growth, maturity and recession. 4. Strong competition from the multiple shops and supermarkets forced independent wholesalers and retailers to form voluntary associations. 5. The term “raw material” is used to denote material that came from nature and is in an unprocessed or minimally processed state. 7. In cost-based pricing, the seller first determines the total value of producing one unit of the product and then adds an amount to cover additional cost and income. 9. After setting the price for a product the seller uses different price strategies to modify it. 10. Industrial products are purchased for the use in a company’s activity or to make other products.
