правильной интеграции с тренировками сохраняет мышеч­ную массу и улучшает состав тела. Полезно для контроля массы тела, особенно на этапах подготовки, требующих тре­нировки выносливости.
• Ограничения. Не рекомендуется для длительных и высо­коинтенсивных тренировок без адаптации; возможны побочные эффекты (головные боли, усталость, недостаток энергии).
• Интервальные диеты с «перерывами». Снижают риск метаболической адаптации и «застоя» в снижении массы тела. Более щадящий подход, чем постоянное ограничение калорий. Подходит для долгосрочного контроля массы тела у теннисистов, особенно в соревновательный сезон.
• Пост Рамадан. Может снижать массу тела и процент жира без потери мышечной массы. Требует особого внимания к регидратации, качеству сна и распределению тренировок. Наиболее эффективен, если тренировки проводятся ближе к вечернему приему пищи (ифтару).
• Кетогенная диета. Способствует быстрой потере массы тела и жира. Однако сопровождается риском снижения мышечной массы, работоспособности и запасов гликогена. Может при­меняться эпизодически (например, для срочного снижения массы тела), но не является оптимальной долгосрочной стра­тегией для теннисистов.
• Растительные и вегетарианские диеты. Способствуют аэробной работоспособности и не ухудшают силовые показатели. Требуют тщательного подбора источников белка и микроэлементов (B12, железо, магний, таурин). Комбинирование растительных белков и использование добавок помогают компенсировать возможные дефициты. Подходят для теннисистов, но требуют большей дисциплины и знаний.
• Средиземноморская диета. Наиболее безопасный и сбалан­сированный вариант для теннисистов. Снижает воспалитель­ные процессы, улучшает восстановление, поддерживает силу и выносливость. Богата антиоксидантами и ненасыщенными жирами. Высокая приверженность к этой диете делает её оптимальной долгосрочной стратегией.

• Модель питания 4R (Rehydrate, Refuel, Repair, Rest). Регидратация, восполнение энергии, восстановление тканей и отдых должны быть встроены в любую выбранную диету. Особенно актуальна для теннисистов, где высокая нагрузка и короткое время на восстановление требуют стратегического подхода к питанию. Для теннисистов питание – это не только способ поддер-
живать спортивную форму, но и инструмент для повышения выносливости, силы, скорости восстановления и психологиче­ской устойчивости.
• Лучшей стратегией для долгосрочного применения является средиземноморская диета с элементами растительной.
• Интервальное голодание и диеты с «перерывами» могут быть полезными на определённых этапах подготовки для контроля массы тела.
• Кетогенную диету стоит рассматривать только как кратко­срочный инструмент.
• Вне зависимости от выбранной схемы, успех обеспечивают индивидуализация рациона, контроль макро- и микронутри­ентов, соблюдение принципов 4R.
Таким образом, питание теннисиста должно быть динамич-
ным инструментом, адаптируемым под этап подготовки, инди­видуальные особенности и спортивные цели.
