1. The tasks a person in this position has are both wide and varied, and often include ensuring that the right staff-members are hired and properly trained, making plans for the business’ success, and monitoring daily op­erations.
2. A human-resources department of an organization performs human resource management, overseeing various aspects of employment, such as compliance with labour law and employment standards, administration of employee bene­fits, and some aspects of recruitment and dismissal.
3. Human resource managers are in charge of many duties pertaining to their job.
4. The duties include the recruitment process,
posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling interviews and assisting in the process and ensur­ing background checks are carried out.
