Put the letters in bold in the correct order to make the right word: Advantages and disadvantages of two economies
Two different kinds of economies are the lpnenad economy and the xemdi economy. In the planned economy the vtenorgnem controls everything. It is the pspitoeo of the market economy. The mixed economy is a umiextr of the planned and the mixed economy. Both economies have vadtangesa and disadvantages.
In the planned economy the government nctorols supply and demand. The advantage is that the government provides people with what they actually need. They also set icepsr which means the poor can afford what they need. Consequently, things are aresdh more equally. However, there are disadvantages to this system. In the market economy when the price of a product ersis, this means that demand has risen. Producers then increase supply. In contrast, in the planned economy the government cannot judge pluysp because they control prices. This means they cannot etem demand. The result of this is shortages.
In the mixed economy, the economy is divided between the ivarpte sector and the etsta sector. The advantage here is the free market. It allows competition and supply and demand to meet better. Nevertheless, the government still controls some important companies so it provides for everybody. The disadvantage is that pcanieosc which are controlled by the government do not always run efficiently.
Translate into the English language:
