If you are not satisfied with Seagate Crystal Reports for any reason, you can return it to the original place of purchase for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Product replacement policy

If the Seagate Crystal Reports diskettes or documentation are defective, then please contact Seagate Software Information Management Group, Inc., within 30 days of the purchase date. Fax the description of the problem and Seagate will solve it as quickly as possible. Please fax the description of the defect to (604) 6812934.
