Данные глаголы могут употребляться либо не употребляться в
Continuous в зависимости от их значения:

I see a mistake in your report (видеть). I am seeing the client at
11 a.m. (встречаться).
This coffee tastes bitter (иметь вкус). She is tasting the pudding

I have a lot of things to do (иметь). Mr. Brown is having lunch
