Все это позволило обеспечить определенный позитивный перелом в экономических отношениях России и стран
ЕврАзЭС. В первую очередь, это касается Беларуси и Казахстана, создавших в 2009 г. таможенный союз с Россией

Европейский союз в этом отношении выступает позитивным ориентиром, моделью и лабораторией интеграционных
процессов. Опыт, накопленный Европейским союзом, в том
числе в области правового регулирования внешнеторговой деятельности, представляет большой интерес для новых структур
интеграции на постсоветском пространстве. Это особенно важно для Таможенного союза ЕврАзЭС, так как для интеграции
на
постсоветском пространстве в области таможенного дела всегда были характерны наднациональные черты, имеющие своим
подобием таможенный союз в рамках ЕС

.
Отношения между ЕС и странами ЕврАзЭС, несомненно,
имеют глубокую перспективу, характер и динамика их развития
в конечном итоге предопределят становление единого экономического пространства от Лиссабона до Владивостока в XXI
веке.
