Digital Alarm Clock

This product should reach you in perfect working order. If it does not, please return it to Electric Clocks Ltd., Hounslow, Middlesex, stating where and when it was bought. We will be glad to exchange it and refund the postage.

Write a letter of complaint. You bought the clock at a branch of W.H. Samson in Oxford Street, London, last week. It said "blue" on the box, but it was pink. The alarm doesn't seem to work. You paid cash, and you didn't keep the receipt.
