POLAR Production

POLAR production is based on its own circuit engineering elaborations of POLAR design office. The production is carried out at the plants “Arsenal” in Alexandrov, Vladimir region, and “POLAR” in Cherniachovsk, Kaliningrad region.

“Arsenal” launched the production of television CRT-equipment (based on the cathode-ray tube) in 90s when it was necessary to organize the production from “zero cycle”. “Arsenal” was built in 1999. It’s a modern enterprise with qualified group of specialists who studied and had the probation period in Samsung, Philips, Daewoo and were working for a long time in the sphere of investigations, elaboration and production of electrical and television equipment. For a short time the plant managed to win the key positions among the producers of the Hi-Fi mass equipment. “Arsenal” is equipped by the latest machines: Krauss-Maffei, Siemag, Pantel, Broumser, Hitachi, Bosch, Philips. In 2003 the production of the first line of POLAR DVD-players (DV-10xx series) was launched in Russia. In the opinion of specialists these DVD-players are the most successful in their class among those, which are sold in Russia.

“POLAR” was launched in January 2003. It’s a powerful up-to-date enterprise that makes possible realization of the whole cycle of operations of audio/video and household equipment production. The industrial complex was organized during three months: the industrial premises were equipped by the necessary machines of Philips, Minolta, Soltec, Siemens; Bosch, Hiroto and three home production lines – were adjusted. The total power of all conveyers can produce 2,5 mln units of equipment yearly: 1 mln TV sets, nearly 300,000-500,000 washing machines, 500,000 vacuum cleaners, 500,000 microwave ovens. The industrial complex is realized according to the international standards (ISO-9001). There is a multistage quality control at every stage of production.

The Stages Of The POLAR Industrial Cycle.

• automatic stuffing of printed circuit boards with electronic components;

• brazing of printed circuit boards at the import production lines of high reliability;

• moulding and painting of plastic bodies;

• Styrofoam pack production;

• conveyer completion of articles at the import completing lines;

• automatic control of units, blocks and ready-made articles with the help of computers;

• branding of the goods;
