to write (wrote, written) – писать, написать.
to write away for – посылать запрос / to send a letter or form asking for something.
•I want a free copy so I’ll write away for one. Мне нужна бесплат-

to write back – ответить, написать в ответ / to reply.
•I sent him a letter but he didn’t write back. Я послал ему пись-
