The aim of the lesson: introduction to legislative acts governing the organization of veterinary affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with the Law “On veterinary medicine” may issue legislative acts governing the organization of veterinary affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The multifaceted work of the veterinary authorities, institutions and professionals often need local legal, business documents, legislative and executive authorities. For example, a judgment or order for the recovery of livestock from contagious diseases, establishment and removal of quarantine, veterinary guidance is hygiene in livestock facilities, organization of veterinary service in a particular area, material, financial and social support to veterinary services and veterinary professionals in the field, etc. Usually projects such decisions and orders to prepare a local territorial bodies of the state management veterinary science, and therefore, the veterinary technician must know how to cook them. This will largely depend on the efficiency of performance of veterinary services.
In addition, in the development, supplement and modify the provisions of the law can make decisions and resolutions of the Parliament and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of agriculture publishes instructions, the provi-

sions of the ordinance, rules, regulations, instructions, etc. These documents are mandatory for agricultural enterprises, irrespective of their form of ownership, institutions concerned with livestock farming, production and processing of products and raw materials of animal origin.
In the veterinary legislation includes the following documents: instructions, manuals, guidelines, rules, regulations, norms, guidelines, instructions, methods and requirements.
Provisions governing the duties, rights and legal status of veterinary institutions, organizations and officials of the veterinary service.
The rules establish the procedure and conditions of animal management at the enterprises, their implementation, procedures, and possible solutions in respect of objects of veterinary supervision.
Animal health requirements are mandatory documents veterinary norms applicable to certain enterprises related to animals, products and raw materials of animal origin.
Instructions install the required activities in veterinary medicine.
Instructions determine the technique and methodology of performance of veterinary work.
Norms determine the size of the labor, material welfare veterinary service.
The guidelines include a list of mandatory veterinary measures established by scientific institutions and conducted in the period prior to the approval of the relevant instructions.
The instructions are documents governing veterinary authority about the conduct of one-time or periodic events across the country, Republic, territory, region.
Methodical instructions contain a mandatory method of execution of veterinary work.
Methods define the technique of execution of specific veterinary works.
