In the conditions of market economy the primary veterinary records does not lose its relevance. Accounting reflects, like a mirror, the level and quality of veterinary activity. Accounting, as a system of registration of the facts of morbidity and mortality of animals, all kinds of infectious, parasitic and noninfectious diseases, performance of veterinary specialists, serves as the basis for an objective assessment of the level and quality of veterinary services. It is the starting material for decision making veterinary technician and develop plans for prevention and Wellness activities to improve their effectiveness.
Veterinary records are maintained from the grass-roots links: private veterinarian and the state inspector of rural districts up to the national veterinary authority. Veterinary report is organized on a single, unified system that provides efficient control over the implementation of routine veterinary measures, allows to solve effectively the main tasks of the state and private veterinary services for the prevention and elimination of contagious and non-contagious animal diseases, protection of people from diseases common to humans and animals.
Registration of diseases and deaths of animals, as well as diagnostic studies, preventive, therapeutic, veterinary and sanitary measures, veterinary-sanitary inspection, vet- erinary-sanitary examination, laboratory investigations conducted by officials of the public service and private veterinary professionals are in magazines standardized format established by the Committee for veterinary surveillance and control under the Ministry of agriculture.
Veterinary accounting is conducted in the following areas of veterinary activity: special works (services) performed by veterinary experts in economic entities (farming, agricultural cooperatives, JSC, etc.), rail, river, air, road transport, entities

engaged in the procurement, storage, processing products and raw materials of animal origin; veterinary-sanitary condition of farms economic entities related to animals, products and raw materials of animal origin; the identification of animal diseases (infectious, invasive and non-contagious), sick and dead animals, points where registered infectious diseases of livestock and poultry, animals subjected to vaccination, treatment, etc.; treatment of sick animals; veterinary inspection and veterinary-sanitary examination of meat, milk and other food products, leather and fur raw materials, fur and other raw materials in the subjects, their processing, laboratories of veterinary-sanitary examination and other subjects of veterinary science; bacteriological, serological, virological and other studies of pathological material, blood, meat, milk, animal feed and other biological objects at district, regional (inter-district), oblast and Republican Central laboratories of veterinary-sanitary inspection of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin rail, air, water transport, export and import operations.
Veterinary accounting is performed in accordance with the Instruction for veterinary accounting and reporting. Journal entries were required to keep directly in the process of performing the work or directly after graduation. All journals must be bound and numbered. On the title page indicated by the journal title, date of beginning and completion of records. Accounting journals in veterinary medicine shall be kept for three years since the end of records, with the exception of journal entries epizootic condition of the region (city), which is kept on file. of state veterinary and sanitary control and supervision, and compliance with veterinary rules as well as the scope and effectiveness of diagnostic, anti-epizootic, medical, veteri- nary-sanitary and liquidation activities and include the following persons: natural persons and legal entities engaged in entrepreneurial activity in the field of veterinary medicine; departments of local Executive bodies operating in the field of veterinary medicine (hereinafter referred to units of Local
Executive bodies); state veterinary organizations; office of the authorized body in the field of veterinary medicine, exercising the state veterinary-sanitary control and supervision, with territorial divisions, including veterinary control posts (here in after - the Agency the authorized body).
Veterinary accounting and reporting, including identification accounting, approved by the authorized body in the field of veterinary.
Veterinary statements filled in by the responsible person and sealed with the appropriate seal.

On the basis of data of accounting registers, individuals and legal entities are provided with the following reporting forms: a report on veterinary-sanitary examination of products and raw materials of animal origin at facilities engaged in the production, harvesting (slaughtering), storage, processing and sale of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin (Form № 1-vet), which indicates the results of veterinary-sanitary examination after slaughter; a report on veterinary-sanitary examination of products and raw materials of animal origin on the objects internal trade (markets) (Form No. 2-vet); report on the availability and use of biological products obtained from the state order (Form No. 3-vet). The report is based on primary acts of veterinary preventive and forced vaccination of animals. If (remainder) of biologics different expiration dates re-select their name; a report on the production of veterinary biologics legal entities (Form No. 4-vet) provided by the manufacturers of veterinary biologics.

Veterinary statements submitted by individuals and legal entities engaged in entrepreneurial activity in the field of veterinary medicine, by the fifth day of the month following the reporting period, units of local Executive bodies operating in the field of veterinary medicine (further divisions of Local Executive bodies) of the respective administrative-territorial unit.
The manner of conducting veterinary accounting and reporting departments of local Executive bodies operating in the field of veterinary. Division of Local Executive bodies of the city district, settlement, aul (village), aul (rural) district are the following logs veterinary accounting: magazine for the recording of the epizootic situation of administrative-territorial units (velocet, form 8-vet), which requires information about infectious and parasitic diseases that occur in the respective administrative-territorial unit (district, city, town or rural district); journal of accounting research fish, veterinary activities in fisheries (fishing pond) (velocet, form No. 9-vet), which serves as the basis for preparing the report on form 6-vet.

This report shows information about contagious animal diseases; additional information on identified vulnerable points of infectious animal diseases; non-communicable diseases of animals; about invasive animal diseases; diagnostic studies, funded from the national budget; about diagnostic studies, with funds from other sources; o diagnostic studies of animals in breeding farms network of the Republic; about vaccinations and preventive activities; veterinary-sanitary work.
The report comes with a brief explanatory note, which shall state the reasons for the emergence and spread of infectious animal diseases and the measures taken to eliminate them, the causes of death of animals and on the use of prevention methods; report on diseases of fish (Form No. 6-vet). A report will be prepared based on the accounting data of fish

diseases and other aquatic organisms in the fishery waters, accounting, anti-epidemic and preventive activities in the fishery waters, diagnostic tests and certification of data pools.
