Veterinary and sanitary conclusion is issued within a period not exceeding five working days from the date of receipt of application. Veterinary and sanitary conclusion, drawn up in two copies, the first copy issued to the owner or his repre-

sentative, and the second copy is kept in the organization that issued the document.

The procedure for issuing a veterinary certificate. The inspector approved the list of state veterinary-sanitary inspectors have the right to issue valid within the Republic of Kazakhstan and export veterinary certificate for movable

When moving (transportation) movable (transportable) of the object inside the Republic of Kazakhstan issued a veterinary certificate or a written motivated refusal on the day of treatment of the owner to the inspector, the state veterinary and sanitary inspector from the list. The statement also enclose the following documents: during transport of breeding animals – a copy of the pedigree certificate,veterinarypetpassportorveterinarycertificate;for the carriage of animal – veterinary pet passport or veterinary certificate; during transportation of products and raw materials of animal origin – veterinary certificate of examination laboratories conducted the necessary laboratory studies.

Inspector, state veterinary and sanitary inspector from the list of checks completeness of submitted documents for compliance with veterinary (veterinary-sanitary) rules and safety requirements, registers the application in the register of physical (legal) persons, studies certificate of examination veterinary laboratories or units of production control, inspection movable (transportable) of the object and evaluation of the veterinary-sanitary condition of the vehicle. Copies of the veterinary certificates bear the stamp and signature of issuing inspector, government veterinary inspector from the list.

The original veterinary certificate is a record of the number of overloaded movable (transportable) objects, the name and address of recipient movable (transportable) that is stored in the organization that conducted the fragmentation of the party and logged.

On the territory of the Customs Union veterinary certificates are issued to a single form, approved by decision of Customs Union Commission dated 18 November 2010 No. 455.

For movable (transportable) object exported from the Republic of Kazakhstan in other States, issued a veterinary certificate in accordance with the requirements of the exporting country in the presence of extracts from the register of permits.

The owner to obtain veterinary certificate within a period of not less than three business days prior to the movement appeals to the inspector, the state veterinary and sanitary inspector from the list with a written statement (of arbitrary

The statement also enclose the following documents: if you move breeding animals – a copy of the pedigree certificate, veterinary pet passport or veterinary certificate; for the carriage of animal - veterinary pet passport or veterinary certificate; during transportation of products and raw materials of animal origin – veterinary certificate of examination laboratories conducted the necessary laboratory studies.

Inspector, state veterinary and sanitary inspector from the list of checks submitted documents for completeness and compliance with veterinary (veterinary-sanitary) rules and safety requirements, record the statement in the log book of physical (legal) persons, study the act of examination veterinary laboratories or units of production control, inspection of movable (transportable) of the object and evaluation of the veterinary-sanitary condition of the vehicle.

For movable (transportable) object coming into Kazakhstan from other countries, until the final destination is valid veterinary certificate of the exporting country, in the column that has the stamp “entry permitted”.

For meat, leather and fur raw materials veterinary certificate is issued only after they have been imprinted on the basis of the act of examination of the state veterinary laboratories.

In the absence of clear impressions stamps on meat, fur and leather raw materials, exported outside the district, city, region, Republic, issued on their export veterinary certificates will be void.

The procedure for issuing veterinary certificates. The veterinary certificate is issued on the day of treatment of the owner, issued for animal products and raw materials of animal origin, based on the availability of veterinary passport and the individual number of the animal, results of veterinary

inspection, animal health situation in the territory of corresponding administrative-territorial unit, information about animals available in the database on identification of agricultural animals or in an extract from her. Veterinary certificate is valid within the Republic of Kazakhstan and shall be issued in form. Veterinary certificate for animal products and raw materials of animal origin that is valid until the destination, the milk from the animal – within one month from the date of issuance. When you change the epizootic situation of animal products and raw materials of animal origin previously issued veterinary certificate is withdrawn before the elimination of contagious disease. The owner, carries out the movement (transport) of animal products and raw materials of animal origin, refers to the veterinarian division of the local Executive body (hereinafter – veterinarian) at the place of origin of animal products and raw materials of animal origin.

At the sites of production, slaughter of animals, processing and sales of products and raw materials of animal origin veterinary certificate for animals, products and raw materials of animal origin shall be issued certified in the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, vet units of production control (hereinafter – certified veterinarian).

Certified veterinary surgeon in the event of cases, the veterinary certificate is not issued.

On leather and fur raw materials veterinary certificate is issued in the presence of the label where the serial number of the animal.

Veterinary surgeons and veterinary doctors are prepared at the Kazakh national agrarian University (Almaty), Kazakh agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin (Astana), West-Kazakhstan agrarian-technical University named after
