4. Translate the following sentences into Ukrainian:

Родичі заарештованої чи затриманої особи повинні бути поінформовані негайно про його чи її арешт. 4. Затримана чи арештована особа повинна бути звільнена відразу, якщо не було відповідного рішення суду. 5. Акти президента України, видані в межах його повноважень, підписуються також прем’єр-міністром України. 6. Письмові статути, складені (to draft) законодавчими органами, є основою для вирішення справ за системою цивільного права.
