The author considers the possibility to construct of the “information” metatheory of contemporary society in this monograph. The process of the appearance virtual and actual social spaces and the break the society into social actuality and social reality is investigated. The effect of information resonance is revealed. The author formulates and checks a hypothesis about the break of social space and tries to find out the social subjects of this break. The connection between the sharp growth of volumes of information and the intensity of information streams, - and formation of a break of the social space is revealed. Reorganization of the social interaction system is revealed and transformation it into actual and virtual social actions system is shown.
The process of becoming a new social order on the basis of a new type of the system element – virtual social action – is analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that the increasing risks, individualization and disorder in modern society are caused by “information resonance” and bifurcation of the system of a social action into actual and virtual. The hypothesis about the information source of the social instability of contemporary society is tested. The mechanism, identified characteristics and stages of the break of social space, as well as the agents forming strata of virtual social space are examined.
Special attention is paid to computer dependence and dependence on virtual reality, the appearance of psychosocial deprivation as result of virtual interaction and the consequences of “information explosion”. A “triune matrix” of grounds of the historical process integrity is revealed. The author contends that any separate society (small or empire) is not be able to develop successfully and has nо a future without, at first, disintegrating and then integrating again on new principles. The possibility of applying the main provisions of quantum theory to explain the phenomenon of a multiplicity of social worlds is considered. The idea of “quantum sociology” is expressed.

of M. Castells and S. Lash, the desire to develop ideas which motivated me to explore theoretical issues of the information society. A big event in my creative work I think familiarity with the book of S. Lash "Critique of Information”, ideas which have strengthened my belief in the need to pay special attention to the theory. The search for a new approach to the interpretation of the radical transformations of modern society was encouraged by researches of U. Beck and Z. Bauman, especially those where transformations directly or indirectly the authors explained the effects of microelectronic technologies or increasing volumes of information and knowledge. I also don't forget lectures M. Castells in the Moscow Higher courses in sociology May 1990 year, listener whom I happened to be. Notes of these lectures file so far. They became the impulse for my future scientific specialization. Correspondence, and then personal acquaintance with M. Castells occasionally, though rarely, resumed correspondence. I am grateful to M. Castells, for his tips that helped me back in 90 years to begin to teach at Novosibirsk State Technical University special course "Sociology of the information society".
I am grateful to undergraduate and graduate students who participated in the special seminar for a discussion of some important parts of my author's conception. I would especially like to mention the valuable comments made my post-graduate T.V. Vladimirova, A.N. Stepanova, F.I. Rozanov and S.A. Kuzin. I am grateful for the preparation of my students V.V. writing this book. I am also grateful to all students at the Department of Sociology at NSTU for your attention to my special course, listeners whom they had all these years and for new ideas which they expressed when writing their works. Many useful and critical observations were made by my colleagues at the Department of Sociology.
To formulate the basic conceptual situation helped me connect with peers of the Sociology Department of Moscow State University – professors A.K. Mamedov and I.N. Chudnovskaya – who supported the need to develop a general theory of information society. I am grateful to colleagues in the Department of Sociology, St. Petersburg State University for providing the opportunity to discuss my presentations at scientific conferences. Special thanks to express professor D.V. Ivanov, with whom I have long-standing friendships, for supporting the initiative to develop an information theory of modern society, despite the fact that our approaches often did not match.
My sincere thanks to Marcus Schulz, professor "University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign" (United States), Chairman of the Research Committee "Future Research" of International Sociological Association (ISA), for the opportunity to speak at the international sociological congresses and conferences. To clarify my position, and many important aspects of the concept was influenced by discussions with my colleague and friend professor B.S. Sivirinov. Its support is largely provided a way out of this book.
Thanks to E.A. Palceva for technical text decoration. I am also grateful to the Director of the “NSTU-Publishing House” P.V. Yatskevich for inviting to publish this book.

in social theory. The immediate reason for writing this book is caused by desire to acquaint the reader with ideas to encourage the author to publish articles in recent years on the social impact of informatization developments in social structure.
I think that the potential arising over the past half-century of fundamental social theories are largely exhausted. It is recognized that the merit of T. Parsons, U. Beck, P. Bourdieu, A. Giddens, Z. Bauman, etc., the authors of original sociological theories, is to build a general sociological models of late industrial society. Premonition, but only feeling the onset of this society is reflected in the works of representatives of sociology postmodernity, first of all, J.-F. Lyotard, J. Baudrillard, J. Deleuze, F. Guattari, etc. However, a breakthrough to a new paradigm is associated with the appearance of the works of M. Castells and S.Lash, which was first fixed the prospect of rethinking the role of information in the restructuring of the basic foundation of society. The new paradigm is not epistemological and methodological and ontological foundation. In my opinion, it is the transformation of information into a substance of society requires review ontological foundation of the theory of modern society.

PREFACE 10
The author is aware that, in a sense, embarked on the presentation of heretical views on social ontology. However, accumulated in the phenomenological studies of modernity material and some breakthroughs in social ontology and the theory of recent years gave me reason to give their views.
The impression that further penetration deep into the social matter "stalls". In science remains an illusion, that we all know about the structure of society and it is fixed in a general sociological theory. Based on this theory, it remains only to interpret new phenomena and processes, which do not cancel or change the fundamental principles of the social system devices. Therefore, the primary function of the theory is to explain facts as a manifestation of significant parties of the structure of society. In the process of explaining these facts are organized by general theory. So there are "middle range theories". They only confirm the invariability of the basic structure of the social system. It is a constant, unfailing in space and time. However, social theory, all can no longer explain the phenomena and processes which had not previously encountered. This confusion and, in particular, has become a cause of sociology postmodernity.
In my opinion, the time has come to review the foundations of social, more precisely, what happened to them lately. Empirical sociology long gives a hint, but it does not take into account. And it is well studied in sociology "layers" of the social organism already rebuilt their configuration. Shifting "tectonic plates" of social life. Swapped the material and ideal. All kinds of artifacts are rapidly giving way to one artifact is symbolic of peace, as a purely artificial and constructed by imagination. Artificial increasingly incapacitates natural from functions in substance. Information becomes the substance of the social.
The author proposes to discuss a new ontology of the social. More specifically, ontology of new social - informational ontology.
Due to rising technology and new knowledge the information explosion has opened new perspectives for
