The information explosion is leaking like the exponential
increase of the mass of information. The amount of information
in the world is increasing annually by 30 %. As a result of the
proliferation of information technologies on 7 billion people – 6
billion phones, 6 billion televisions, 2 billion computers and
2, 3 billion Internet users. The number of blogs doubling every
six months. The amount of digital information is doubling every
18 months. Increasing information overload. The information
explosion is leaking how accelerated growth information,
accelerated the emergence of new products and developments,
rapid depreciation, obsolescence information and knowledge
and is accompanied by intensive growth of the information
industry. For modernity became characteristic of universal
freedom of information: information sharing has become global,
with communication, you can use any element of information
transmission, persons can appeal to many people, everyone can
make themselves accessible to many, everyone can communicate with groups of different sizes.
The question arises: the phenomenon of information
explosion is the process of reproducing itself, or he had external

20th Century?
The growth of information volumes and its transmission
was called sociogenny and man-made causes. It is, first of all,

2) establishment of mathematical logic; 3) simulation of the
process of thinking in physiology of higher nervous activity;
4) research on semantics enabled to create languages of native
programming; 5) establishment of technical devices for the
transmission of information on distance - telephone, telegraph and symbolic language coding. But the main thing was the
improvement funds to increase the amount of stored
information, speed of transfer and diffusion, i.e. meeting the
