planned strategy for the political class reindustrialization returns
our country in a rut of industrial, administrative and team
development. And yet the selection window is not closed. And
another World, and Russians…
Conclusions
esonance processes make the society not only in a more

holistic and homogeneous, but also dramatically
increase its heterogeneity, as posed in the social system and its
individual elements of supertension, thus leading to the
destruction of both parts, causing mutations in them, and the
system as a whole. There is a growing tension between the
individual and the social, between private and public. Mutations
and cell structure system and substrate-holders of individual and
social qualities – the man himself. People purposefully starts
rebuilding its consciousness and body, while simultaneously
deepening the autonomy itself in society and turning your body
into the cell of a new system - society, which turns into a kind
of holistic – social – organism. The increase of resonance leads
to destruction. But what after him? Is it possible to collect
something new after the collapse of the old? Whether it too
system, but a previously unknown species, or homogeneity win
and all human organisms will merge into a single substrate
similar neural cells of the human brain? Will the "matrix" the
fact of the future human existence and man will turn into a cell
and function of this new organism?
"Voltage mode" in the zone information resonance
increasingly opens "window" is the likely scenario. The future
is not predetermined, but it now is born. A person forces affect
this process? The concept of informational resonance, if not
offers a single solution and universal means of study, at least,
able to warn and help look into the abyss, the hidden structures
of everyday life and myths and illusions, dreams and

misconceptions. Theory of information resonance in the social
system allows you to see behind the picture of "social reality"
contours "social actuality", which is more dramatic than one
might expect.
Resonance effect undoubtedly became the dominant force,
as well as information has become flesh and blood society of
modern type. Fact: people succumbed to one of the most
dangerous temptation in its history-the temptation of
information. The problem and the trouble came from the side on
which the benefits expected and hopes for a new ideal world.
"Information society", first thinkable as a new utopia,
unexpectedly causing delight shock, as well as the total
rejection and non-recognition of its existence. But in this
condition now live. And live by choosing: either maintaining
the foundations of human existence – the sovereignty of the
individual and his creative essence – or obeying the order of
domination of the global information and communication
organism.
However, another development scenario. Information
resonance provokes new forms of individual social organisms
as network systems. This opens the way for "rebuilding" large,
complex and heterogeneous and, seemingly, a very stable until
recently, regional communities – the European Union, Great
Britain, Spain, Italy, Russia and even the United States. The
transformation of network localization in a holistic system for
economic and political configuration, the emergence of new
local communities could pave the way for the transition to a
new quality and then merge the new and complex community
with new perspectives of development. In the information
resonance conditions traditional public association - empire,
federations and confederations – are often barriers to resolve
their internal contradictions. "Rebuild" social forms becomes
inevitable.
What is the result? From hypothesis information resonance
in social system theory outlines appear. There are initial
positions.

1. The exponential growth of information volumes turns
them into stable threads. Emerged a steady "contour" growth
information: a) the technological system, ordering and saving
information and b) social system that produces the information
needs and motivation of its production and consumption. Both
of these structures have unlimited potential production and
consumption of information. In the "path" of their interaction is
increasing tension "technique of interaction-man" and "manman".
2. Rising tension causes mutation in the social system.

information resonance and do not give a break down of social
forms of life people, converting them into collective form as the
form of network social organisms. They are the main proof of
the emergence of an alternative social space. And these network
locus is not only addition to practices offline space. They live
by principles, created by people in the online space. Thus
information resonance does not destroy the society and lead to a
fundamental restructuring. And this restructuring affects the
fundamentals of social as a particular form of existence.

and “quantum phantoms” of society.
The idea of "quantum sociology"
Information explosion criticized the testing system
foundation of modern society, dramatically deepening the
contradiction between individual and social. In question has
proved the existence of the "quality system" of society, and
therefore generally maintain social prospects as a special form
of life on Earth. But the picture of the catastrophic crisis –

framework of the new system of quality to show the ability to
further changes, independent or even autonomous existence.
And involvement in multitude there is only external
environment of their activity and the external base of the
connotations of this activity.
Uniqueness, that is the possibility of being in an individual
form (in contrast to the so-called "collective existence", a
statement which has only hipostasirt of abstraction from a
multitude of individualities, abstraction being discreteness),

each element is not attached to the external and internal
environment. Because individuals don't have the bodies of some
social "organism", and actors themselves. And society selfmatter (really) there are atomized reality, in which each element
selects the trajectory of their actions in response to the
challenges of the specificity of its quality of internal and
external environment. Not counting needed to continue debate
(probably eternal) with social ontology E. Durkheim, still
emphasize its principled position: in general, and in particular,
the system "reality" of the society is the product of a theoretical
imagination and probably inevitable phase of its scientific
cognition. But, at the same time, it has a specific substitution
abstract. However, monitoring the destruction of the system
characteristics of everyday behaviour in the contemporary
information society anything can lead to paradoxical conclusion
to make social systems in non-system. Perhaps this is a new
kind of social system, but then you must explain the reason for

It must be recognized that society really has revealed
himself as a "community of individuals" and became
"individualized society," despite seemingly tougher limit forms
of social control, which has become global, and surveillance of
the individual in all points of its activity, with deprivation of the
right to personal sacred space and the absorption of the private
public. Modernity is dramatically increased, "excited" space
private resistance very regulated (the system) to the public.
Individual choice and maneuver each has increasing importance
to maintain common life as the life of the community and the
lives of individuals in the community. The focus of the
theoretical explanation and understanding of new and
unforeseen social phenomena, and the growth of their

connotations shifted towards explaining the sources changes the
behavior of each of the many individuals and give them special
significance. Significance of which is yet to comprehend and
appreciate. And, perhaps, and recognizing the mission behind
them, for the first time in history, really become Actors, and the
only way to exit the unprecedented disastrous social and
anthropological crisis. Having escaped the vast expanses of free
(albeit relatively, and controllable) global communications and
having the opportunity to use the vast information resources,
individuals become rapidly becomes "designers" and individual,
social and everyday practices, creating their alternative and
"parallel" samples.
Modernity appears as a process of rapid "quantification"
social reality. Therefore, the simplest element of the structure of
the society returned to the original-the anthropologicalunderstanding the specificity of the social collectivity (system):
remaining being a collective, "measure", the basis of
maintaining the need and requirements for each individual
collective provides each individual with their creative practices.
In the process of creativity creates more virtual worlds and
virtual communities. Seemingly, these new forms should be
fully arrange their creators and participants. But they are
unstable, conflicts, often disappointing individuals affiliated to
them. These communities manifest themselves not as an
alternative to other traditional communities and often do not
meet neither social nor individual needs.
It is obvious that what was adopted called "virtual reality" is
not an alternative to the "real reality" and does not solve the
problem for individuals absorb the individual social and further
limit their creativity as a measure of freedom and selfdetermination. Their "quantum" characteristics, objectively
popular modern society, remain blocked, constantly resisting
these two realities and are looking for alternatives. "Virtual
reality" external environment remains of their existence. So
they continue to reproduce individual and social conflict.
In my opinion, the reasons for the sharp growth of
individual connotations should be sought in the contiguous
PERSPECTIVES. THE BREAK OF SOCIAL SPACE 249
space life worlds and practices of individuals, which in quantum
theory paradigm called "shadow photons" [1]. In the future I
will keep in mind the version of quantum mechanics, which was
followed up with the works of Hugh Everett (1957) and was
named "relativity States." As you know, in his quantum theory
of parallel worlds Everett offered poliverce (manyworld)
interpretation of quantum mechanics [2]. According to this
theory, the photon in physical reality is not the easiest element
of its active manifestations (action), and elementary particle
(transfer). Also as single social action is the simplest element of
social action, translators (disease) social action (not
intermediaries, by Sorokin understanding) are symbolic objects
that carry information between cooperating entities, that is the
content of social action and expression of his essence. In this
sense, symbolic objects are elementary particles – "quanta" –
broadcast social action. They are deterministic internal
operating environment of individuals, that is, the space of
"shadow particles". The nature of these particles and their
importance for the existence of the real world in general are
described in quantum theory as applied to physical objects.
I suppose there is the possibility and the need to refer to the
use of the quantum approach for explaining and understanding
some aspects of social life, particularly those for which no
theoretical explanation, derived from actual social theories. It is
a question of perspective approaches of interdisciplinary
synthesis of theoretical physics and theoretical sociology, where
they raise fundamental questions the common grounds of the
two types of devices are physical and social reality. You should
check the possibilities of use in theoretical sociology (general
sociological theory) of a number of concepts and theoretical
descriptions of quantum theory, such as: visible particles,
shadow, shadow particles observers, self-similarity, “multivers”, parallel universes, virtual worlds, with particles interacting real interference, with possible virtual reality generator

Probably quantum paradigm, or more accurately, an

explanation and understanding of some reality, correlating it
with virtual twin – invisible shadow piece (here the maintainer)
parallel, virtual reality. However, the immediate passage of
judgments of quantum theory that arose in the interpretation of
physical reality, be incorrect to apply to explain social reality
and requires adaptation of quantum representations of the
physical world to the world of social. First of all, it concerns the
notion of "quantum" as a simple, simplest elements for some
kind of multiple homogeneous objects of reality. In quantum
physics this element recognizes the photon. And what does
"social physics" (using this name given to sociology at birth)?
Such "shadow particles" identified in the quantum theory, in
the society are the meanings, but not all, and having the
character hidden shadow connotations. Shadow particles are
constant companions of real particles as the elementary particles
structure of physical reality. They are not seen and find
themselves only when real particles collide with natural or
artificial obstacles. In this case, they enter into interactions with
real particles and affect the trajectory of their movement. Many
related particles form a parallel worlds – worlds of virtual
reality. Individual particles is the simplest particle -quanta. Each
quantum is your "stand-in" in cyberspace – shadow quant
("followed by the particle"). Explain and understand processes
in physical reality from the point of view of quantum theory, it
is possible only with the recognition of the existence of this
parallel virtual space that manifests itself only in the processes
of interactions between quanta real space.
Quantum approach offers the opportunity to look at some
hard-explained or even unexplained social theories of the
processes, interpretation of which is always in the history of
sociological thought was based on “monoontic”(unique-world)
