As up to date you have not supply full cargo of 5000 mat of maize to my vessel, as per Charter Party of Jan. 24, 20…, I hereby request you to let me know whether you intend to load any more cargo at all.
Please note that in accordance with the Charter Party terms under these circumstances you will be held liable for demurrage, dead freight, and damages incurred through your not supplying full cargo.
