BUYING A TICKET

Cashier: Good morning. Can I help you?

Mr Brown: Good morning. I want to fly to London. Are there any seats available on

Tuesday, next week?

Cashier: Are you flying alone, sir?

Mr: Yes.

Cashier: What class?

Mr: Economy.

Cashier: Just a moment, sir… I am afraid the flight is full. But there are some seats

left for Wednesday.

Mr: Ok. That suits me. How much is it?

Cashier: It’s € 210, including airport taxes.

Mr: May I pay by credit card?

Cashier: Certainly, sir.

Mr: Here you are.

Cashier: Your flight is BA 875. It leaves at 8.50 am. You must check in one hour

before the departure, sir.

Mr: And what time does it arrive in London?

Mr: Does it arrive at Heathrow?

Cashier: Yes, sir.

Mr: Thank you very much.
