So what makes a good presentation? In this unit, we hear some tips from people who have made presentations about how to make yours more effective and enjoyable for your audience. Think about the presentations that you have been to. What were the characteristics of the good ones?

2.Listento some advices from people who have made presentations and see if you can hear some of the tips above.

Er... and then I'll tell you about some of the problems we had setting this up - actually, I remember one particular incident very clearly, which I'll quickly relate... '

Later in the presentation, you begin to go through your slides...

  1. 'Well, as you can see in this slide, energy savings increased significantly as we implemented our strategy...'
