кожу, раны и слизистые оболочки и состоящая из основы и равномерно распределенных в ней лекарственных веществ. По типу дисперсных систем мази подразделяют на гомогенные, суспензионные, эмульсионные и комбинированные;

Situation 1: Burnt tongue
Visitor:
Hello, I need some advice. My son has burned his tongue when he was drinking
some hot chocolate, and it is very sore. Do you have anything which can help alleviate the soreness?
Assistant:
This is one of the most difficult things to treat because the tongue is so sensitive.
We have some gel which acts as a cooling agent and not toxic in any way.
Assistant:
If he puts it on the sore area after meals and just before he goes to bed it will
help
The other thing you can do is to drink lots of cool drinks, which is not difficult
in this climate.
Visitor:
How much does this gel cost?
Assistant:
It is only four euros and will be enough to cure the soreness.
Visitor:
Thank you very much.
