My name is Yana, I am a specialist in corporate culture. My goal is to help beginners! I will tell you about career growth in our company.

From the interview you should remember that our company has a well-developed system of benefits and bonuses.

The main goal should be the following - to work well and do everything possible while doing their job. You will be able to benefit from these benefits very soon, but remember that it all depends on you and your results.

We also have a great friendly team. Try to make new friends, take part in our corporate events and not feel stress - just keep calm!

The main goal of your colleagues in relation to you is to try to help you at any time you need, and to overcome any emerging barrier.

Our company has created a truly dynamic work environment, so you will never be bored.

Situation 6 Staff efficiency

Dear colleagues,

I am glad to see you all here. Thank you very much for attending this meeting! It's time to start! You are all aware that every week we get the results of our company. We collect and process all the data and based on these results we see the trends of our business.

The purpose of today's meeting is to discuss the findings and possible improvements if necessary. Implementing appropriate changes always leads to success. I would like to thank you and congratulate you on the improvement of our results.

Our human resources department can point out 3 main problems:

1. Too much time is spent in the dining room;

2. Complaints about attending trainings at centers outside the site;

3. A high level of absenteeism.

As you understand, the effectiveness of our staff needs to be improved. In order to limit somehow the time spent in the cafeteria and make our work more efficient, we will give 1h break between 13-14 h and 4-times per day breaks each 10-15 minutes. Also, you could divide these 3-times per day.

We also noted that there are a number of complaints about attending trainings at centers outside the site. The obvious solution to this problem would be: holding events every 2 weeks outside our office. Everyone should attend 2 events per month. These events are aimed at strengthening the corporate culture and help to get to know your colleagues better.

The last serious problem is high absenteeism. You must understand the better your productivity - the higher your salary. What we do here is a common goal and a result to be achieved. So, we will evaluate the performance of each and assign bonuses and bonuses in accordance with personal contribution. The best department will receive additional benefits.
