Waiter - How would you like the liver - fried or stewed?

Guest - I’d like it stewed.

  1. Beefsteak - rare \ well done.

  2. Pork - gratinated\ chop

  3. Veal - stew with garlic \ herbs

  4. Rabbit - roast \ gratinated

  5. Duck - stuffed with cabbage \ apples.

8. Прочитайте и переведите диалоги с английского языка на русский:

G. I’d like to start with chicken liver pate and cold meat assorted.

W. I’m very sorry, we don’t have any chicken pate left but the duck’s pate is excellent.
