BUSINESS ETIQUETTE
BlSINESS DOCUMENTS
Miscellaneous correspondence: confirmations and cancellations,
letters of thanks
As you already know, the secretary of а company deals with а lot of miscellaneous correspondence, including official confirmations, cancellations, letters of thanks, letters of congratulations. These documents should state clearly
Places, dates and time
Reason(s) for cancellations/congratulations, etc.
Remember, that letters of congratulations and letters of thanks should be written by the person, who wants to express his gratitude or to congratulate someone else, not by а secretary. Faxes and E-mail message should be avoided.
Look at the letter of thanks sent by Dmitry Volkov to the Director and the Staff of HR International for а perfect organization of an international Trade Semiпar in Denver.
