Посібник призначений допомогти студентам підготуватися до іспиту з англійської мови в технікумі, вміщує методичні рекомендації, завдання білетів, всі розмовні теми білетів та приклади екзаменаційних текстів для читання, перекладу та співбесіди і відповідає вимогам діючих програм.

Передмова

Цей навчально-методичний посібник має на меті допомогти студентам підготуватися до іспиту з англійської мови, систематизувати знання студентів за курс технікуму і сприяти наступності навчання в різних ланках освіти.

Матеріали посібника підібрані і розроблені відповідно до діючої програми технікуму.

Посібник побудовано таким чином. Спочатку подані завдання екзаменаційних білетів, потім, згідно з номерами білетів,1) орієнтовні тексти для читання, перекладу із словником, лексичного і граматичного аналізу та співбесіди,2) тексти для читання без словника та переказу на англійській чи українській мові,3) тексти - основи для усного повідомлення з теми.

Така структура дозволяє систематизувати програмний матеріал згідно з вимогами екзамену.

Тексти - основи для усного повідомлення (Topics) складені на рівні програмних вимог для усного мовлення. В них використані частіше вживані лексичні одиниці та граматичні структури. Обсяг текстів - не менше 20 речень.

Тексти для читання, перекладу та лексичного i граматичного аналiзу- загально-технічного напрямку та по спеціальності. Вони різні за рівнем складності. Обсяг текстів відповідає вимогам екзаменаційних білетів.

Таким чином, теми, додаткові тематичні тексти та тексти для читання, перекладу і обговорення можуть бути використані у навчальному процесі на заняттях, для організації поточного і підсумкового контролю, проведення різного роду зрізів і контрольних робіт.
