Stuffed tomatoes
Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes
4 tablespoons of rice
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups of olive oil
1cup of water
some parsley
a pinch of salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of finely grated breadcrumbs
Preparation:
First wash the tomatoes and, 1)___ off the tops.
Then 2)___ out the flesh with a spoon and 3)___ it in a bowl.
4)___ the empty tomatoes on a baking tray.
Finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley.
Add them to tomato flesh.
5)___ the rice and one cup of olive oil to the mixture.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a wooden spoon.

– Мне очень нравится это блюдо. Как ты его готовишь?
- Я крупно режу постную свинину и жарю ее на растительном масле 10 минут, затем добавляю овощи и специи и тушу все вместе 15 минут на медленном огне, подливая мясной бульон.
– Какие овощи ты добавляешь в это блюдо?
– Обычно я кладу томаты, цукини, сладкий перец и зелень – петрушку, укроп и базилик. Но не забудь сначала почистить томаты и цукини от кожуры.
– Мясо получается очень нежным и мягким.
– Да, это благодаря бульону, но не переливай его в блюдо, так как оно может получиться водянистым.
Dialogue 2.
– Из чего приготовлен этот салат?
– Наш шеф готовит его из королевских креветок, приготовленных на гриле, разных видов листового салата, поджаренных кедровых орешков. Приготовление соуса он держит в секрете, у него необычный, пикантный вкус.
– Я возьму этот салат как холодную закуску, а на горячее я бы хотел заказать тонко нарезанные кусочки ягненка, запеченного в сливочном соусе с молодым картофелем.
– Замечательный выбор, сэр. На десерт я бы порекомендовал вам фрукты с шоколадным муссом или яблочный пирог.
– Боюсь, шоколадный мусс слишком сладкий, а выпечку я не люблю. Я лучше возьму мороженое со свежей клубникой.

Как правильно готовить ростбиф?
Приготовление блюда, которое считается визитной карточкой английской кухни, оказалось не таким и сложным. Секрет в том, что, прежде чем запекать ростбиф в духовке, его необходимо целиком обжарить на чугунной сковороде. Возьмите 2 -2,5 кг говяжьей вырезки, посолите, поперчите, как следует обжарьте целиком, после чего запекайте при температуре 180 градусов около двух часов. От времени запекания зависит степень прожарки. Во время запекания ростбиф нужно поливать красным вином и соком от мяса. Правильно приготовленный ростбиф снаружи покрыт корочкой, а внутри сочный, нежный и очень вкусный!
