Give your opinion about these expressions?
On average, men are taller and heavier than women.

When they're listening, women smile more, use more facial expressions, and use a greater number of sounds. Men use fewer sounds and nod their heads.
Women are less aggressive drivers. 92% of car horn 'toots' come from men drivers. Women have fewer accidents than men while driving.
Women are better at hearing small sounds, but worse at saying where the sounds are coming from. More women than men can sing in time.
