Ron: Could you put it on the Transglobal account, please?

Receptionist: Yes, that’s fine.

Receptionist: Could you please check it, Mr. Jacobs?

Ron: Uh, what is this item, here … for 12.78 pounds?

Receptionist: Oh, that’s for phone calls.

Ron: I see and this?

Receptionist: That’s laundry.

Ron: That’s fine.

Receptionist: Thank you. This is your receipt.
