Bob: Cancel my meeting with Fiona Williams.

Bob: Oh, and can you fax this to Paul Wright at the Conference Centre?

Bob: Hello. Bob Davis.

Ron: Hi, Bob. It’s Ron Jacobs.

Bob: Ron. How are you?

Ron: Fine. And you? Are you busy?

Bob: Yes, we are busy – the sale conference, you know.

Ron: Of course. Bob, my plane arrives at ______ tomorrow morning. Can you meet me at the airport?

Bob: Of course… Can you write this down, Ann? Ron arrives at 11.40 tomorrow. What’s the flight number, Ron?
