Establishing adequate educational system in Russia
The necessity of proper organization of the educational system for preparation of future hospitality specialists in Russian institutions seems to be obvious. Such educational system should be based not only on forming technical skills and technological knowledge of hospitality business but on a system approach including such contemporary realities as marketing, finances, management, etc. Education of specialists at the Russian Academy named after Plekhanov is based on proper professional attitude to teaching, implementation of experience of leading hospitality schools worldwide, and world practice of modern hospitality industry.
