V. Translate into English in written:
Автоматизация судов — это процесс, при котором функции управления судном и его оборудованием, ранее выполнявшиеся человеком, передаются приборам и техническим устройствам.
При автоматизации судовых энергетических установок повышается надежность и экономичность работы оборудования, увеличивается производительность и улучшаются условия труда плавсостава, сокращается его численность.
Первостепенными задачами на современном этапе развития автоматизации являются: повышение надежности элементной базы; организация технического обслуживания систем автоматизации в судовых условиях и в порту; подготовка кадров, способных технически грамотно эксплуатировать системы автоматизации и выполнять необходимые профилактические мероприятия.
Различают частичную и комплексную автоматизацию.
В настоящее время на судах морского флота широко используются автоматизированные системы управления техническим обслуживанием и ремонтом судовых технических средств.
Основу этих систем составляют программный комплекс и база данных, содержащая информацию, необходимую для организации ТО и Р судовых технических средств.
Для судоходной компании АСУ ТО и Р реализуются путем установки в офисе компании серверной (центральной) базы данных по всем судам компании и установки на каждом судне базы данных (локальной) только по этому судну.
При использовании компьютеризированных АСУ формализуется процесс организации ТО и Р, повышается оперативность и эффективность планирования и принятия решений, усиливается контроль за техническим состоянием СТС и работой судовых экипажей. В конечном итоге повышается эффективность технической эксплуатации СТС.
Внедрению на судах компьютеризированных АСУ ТО и Р способствуют также нормативные требования Международного Кодекса для безопасного управления судами и по предотвращению загрязнения (ISM Code).
При использовании АСУ на судне судовые специалисты должны постоянно работать с этими системами: получать необходимую информацию об оборудовании (технические характеристики, чертежи, запчасти, работы по ТО и Р и др.), о наличии запчастей на судне и поставщиках запчастей; рассчитывать план-графики работ по ТО и Р на заданный период времени и др., вводить информацию в систему о выполненной работе и израсходованных запчастях, и др.
При комплексной автоматизации судов возрастает значение учета и регистрации числа часов работы судовых систем и механизмов. Современный метод такого учета основан на использовании электронно-механических счетчиков.
На суднах с автоматизированным управлением, особенно без постоянной вахты в машинном отделении, применяют автоматическое поддержание уровня во многих емкостях, например в расходных цистернах топлива. При этом обычно используют поплавковые реле.
Назначением системы ДАУ является управление с мостика частотой вращении гребного винта и его направлением без участия команды машинного отделения, не создавая при этом дополнительной работы для команды на мостике. Система состоит из цепи управления двигателя и защитной цепи, предохраняющей двигатель от перегрузки.
