6.1. Render the following text in English. E-learning в помощь
Все больше образовательных программ обретают вторую жизнь в виртуальном мире, становясь еще одним доступным e-learning-курсом. Но насколько востребованными они оказываются по прошествии времени? Успех любого проекта в области обучения зависит от того, удается ли его организаторам вызвать интерес аудитории.
Дистанционные программы в большинстве случаев готовятся так же, как и программы иных форматов, например тренинги и семинары. При формировании структуры e-learning-курсов разработчики обязательно выявляют целевую аудиторию учащихся. Причем определяется не только ее возраст, но и базовое образование, умения и навыки. Далее разработчики выясняют потребность потенциальных слушателей (точнее, читателей) в том или ином предмете, планируют результаты. И только после такого всестороннего анализа утверждается концепция е-обучения. В частности, стремление сделать учебный процесс максимально удобным должно в итоге приводить к тому, чтобы очные лекции становились доступными для тех, кто занимается удаленно. Соответственно, студенты разных программ и форм обучения должны иметь возможность общаться друг с другом, с администрацией и преподавателями в рамках вузовских форумов или чатов.
Одной из главных проблем e-learning является невысокий уровень доверия. Отчасти это объясняется тем, что разработчики дистанционных программ стараются минимизировать затраты на внедрение технологий, делая акцент исключительно на соблюдении государственных стандартов ВПО. При этом вопрос адаптации, актуальности и качества материалов оказывается на последнем месте. Единственный выход из сложившейся ситуации – разработка стандартов нового поколения, которые должны сделать дистанционные курсы более привлекательными для студентов.
Еще одно слабое место ДО – взаимодействие и общение между учащимися и преподавателями. Известно, что без направляющего и мотивирующего руководства тьютора интерес к занятиям пропадает, а групповые дискуссии быстро затихают. Практика работы на форумах и в чатах должна быть дополнена простыми в использовании, но эффективными ресурсами передачи видео- и звуковой информации.
Как правило, вузы предлагают e-learning параллельно с обычными форматами. При этом важно, чтобы студенты разных программ не ощущали особой разницы ни в объеме получаемых знаний, ни в статусе.
В случае, когда необходимо обучить значительное число работников, альтернативы e-learning попросту нет. Например, когда в крупной корпорации внедряется ERP-система, требуется подготовить тысячи сотрудников в разных регионах по различным функциональным направлениям. Разумеется, ключевых пользователей-экспертов придется учить очно, но в любом случае применение ДО позволит сэкономить существенные средства.
Таки образом, область применения дистанционного образования обширна: от вузовских аудиторий до промышленных предприятий. И это гарантирует электронным формам обучения неплохие перспективы. Ведь у ДО есть такие преимущества, как:
доступность обучающей системы 24 часа в сутки, 7 дней в неделю;
объективность в подаче учебного материала и оценке действий пользователей;
автоматизация учебного процесса, возможность адаптации учебных программ и материалов к потребностям заказчика;
низкая стоимость обучения.
