Упр. 8. Ваш друг путешествует. Время от времени вы получаете от него почтовые открытки. Прочтите, что он вам написал на этот раз.
Dear Vadim,
Yesterday I went to men’s clothing store. I was looking for a sports jacket. I looked through the entire selection of jackets and picked out a few which I really liked. It fit me perfectly. I also bought a pair of trousers. The clothing was on sale and I paid only 50 percent off the regular price. So, I am very happy.
Yours, Michael.

Yesterday Peter bought an attractive red leather jacket with gold buttons. It seemed to fit him perfectly. Then he decided to buy a pair of new brown or black trousers. He was especially happy because the clothing was on sale and he paid only 50 percent off the regular price. However, his happiness didn’t last very long. When he got home, he noticed that one arm of the jacket was longer that the other. He also realized that the zipper on the pants was broken. The next day he took the clothing back to the store and tried to get a refund. But he didn’t get any as the clothing was on sale and there was a sign that said «ALL SALES ARE FINAL!»
