I’m Yana. I want to tell you about our World Literature lessons. My classmates and I began to learn this subject in the fifth form. I have two lessons a week. My teacher’s name is Maria Andriivna. I’m fond of reading that is why I like the poems and novels we read at the lessons. Sometimes we learn verses by heart. I’m very good at reciting them. At the lessons we often discuss the biographies of writers, poets and their works. We learn to write serious compositions. It’s a bit difficult for me and I don’t always get good marks. Some poems and novels are a little complicated. Our teacher always explains us the things we don’t understand. We often write tests at the World Literature lessons. I always show good results.

In general our lessons are very interesting. I’m sure I learn a lot of important information at these lessons.

Hi! My name is Sasha. I am a pupil of the fifth form and I study in the collegium. We learn four languages. They are: Ukrainian, English, German and Russian. I want to tell you about our Russian lessons. We have one lesson a week. Our teacher’s name is Tetiana Vasylivna. She is very kind. We do many different things at our lessons. We read many texts and write plans to them. We learn rules how to write words and sentences correctly. We usually write much. We write in our copybooks and on the blackboard. We do different tasks and exercises. Sometimes we write dictations and tests. I’m good at describing pictures and making up dialogues in Russian. I always get good marks at this lesson. Russian isn’t my favourite subject because I like Maths more but I think Russian is a very useful subject.

My name is Yana. I’m glad that you are reading our project. As you know we have many subjects in our timetable this year. One of them is Ukrainian. We have four lessons a week. Our teacher’s name is Inna Oleksandrivna. She is a pretty young woman. I think this school subject is very important because at the Ukrainian lessons we learn to write and speak our mother tongue. Our teacher always explains us difficult expressions and words. Her explanations are easy to understand. Then we answer our teacher’s questions. At the Ukrainian lessons we learn to retell texts, describe pictures and write compositions. Sometimes we write dictations. At each lesson we learn rules how to write Ukrainian words correctly. Some of them are really difficult to remember but I try to learn them properly in order not to make mistakes. We live in Ukraine that is why we should study hard to know our mother tongue well. I am really interested in Ukrainian and I am good at it.

Hello! My name is Sasha. I study in the collegium. I learn many interesting subjects here but Mathematics is my favourite one. This year we have four lessons a week. Our teacher’s name is Liudmyla Anatoliivna. I admire her talent. I think she is very intelligent. At the Maths lessons we write much on the blackboard and in our exercise books. We usually do many sums and solve problems. We learn rules how to count. Our teacher explains us all the rules. Sometimes we write dictations and tests. I write them well. Many pupils of our class hate Maths because it is very difficult for them. I personally can spend hours on end doing mathematical tasks. I am really good at this subject and get only good marks. I think that Mathematics is a very interesting subject, it develops our minds.
