2004 * Шкільні предмети

Вивчаючи з учнями 5 класу тему “Шкільні предмети” можна було спостерігати деякі труднощі у засвоєнні дітьми лексичного матеріалу, хоча тема і становила для них певний інтерес. Діти жваво обговорювали шкільні предмети, особливо ті, що з’явилися в їхньому розкладі у 5 класі. З метою активізації та закріплення вивченого матеріалу учням було запропоновано взяти участь в роботі над проектом “Шкільні предмети”. Роботу було побудовано за таким планом: організаційна бесіда, вибір навчальних предметів, розподіл обов’язків між учнями, створення малюнків та таблиці, представлення проектів, фотографування, оформлення матеріалів. Розповіді учнів включали основні відомості про шкільний предмет, а саме: у якому класі розпочалося вивчення обраного предмету, хто викладає предмет, що учні вивчають і чим займаються на уроках з даного предмету, які оцінки отримують, як ставляться до вивчення свого предмету. Діти активно працювали як над написанням творів, так і над створенням малюнків, де було зображено речі, пов’язані з предметом. Більшість учнів проявили високу активність та творчість. Матеріали проекту можуть бути використані в якості текстів для аудіювання та читання, слугувати зразками для монологічних висловів наступного покоління п’ятикласників.

Hi! I am Liuda. I want to tell you about our German lessons. German is a new subject in our timetable. We began to study it this year. It is the second foreign language I study. We have German on Thursdays and Fridays. Our teacher’s name is Liudmyla Serhiivna. She is young and pretty. She is very kind. I must say that I am quite good at German. It is one of my favorite subjects and I always try to get good marks at this lesson. At our German lessons we learn to read, write and speak German. We learn a lot of new words and write them down into our vocabularies. At the German lessons we read texts and stories, translate them into Ukrainian and retell them. We play many games at our lessons. Sometimes we write dictations. I like to learn short poems in German but I hate making up dialogues. At our lessons we speak about seasons, weather, months, discuss the things we do at the German lessons. I am not sure if I need German in future but I do my best to know it well.

My name is Liuda. I am a pupil of the fifth form. My classmates and I learn many interesting subjects at school. One of them is our Natural History. Our teacher’s name is Tamara Vasylivna. She is very clever and kind. We have Natural History on Thursdays. We study nature at these lessons. We read much interesting and useful information. Our teacher always explains us new material. At the Natural History lessons we read and retell paragraphs from our textbook, answer our teacher’s questions. Sometimes we write dictations. We also have a lot of homework to do. We often prepare additional information for our lessons. It makes them very interesting. I cannot say I am very good at Natural History but I like this subject.
