I Am a Brick in the Wall
In this phrase there is a very clever and interesting implication. It means that the Wall is a big world with many bricks, it means that the bricks are the people of all the world. Each brick has different color. I think I am a green brick, because this color is my favorite one, and I think that this color is the color of life and nature.
I think each person is a part of nature. But I want to be a yellow brick, too. Because yellow is a color of summer. Summer is my favorite season and in this season there is my Birthday. In our group there are eleven pupils and every pupil in our group has its color. I think Oleksiy is a brown brick; Katya is a pink brick, because it is a very beautiful color. Ira is a blue brick, because it’s a color of the sky. Andrei is a dark green color. Artem is black, because he is very serious. And you are a white brick, because you gave me many new things, this is very important for me. Sorry if I forget for someone. So, I think that all people are different!

What is Happiness
What is happiness? This question is interesting for many people of all over the world. In our vocabulary there are no worlds that exactly explain “that is happiness”. For everyone happiness is something different because people are different, too. For somebody happiness means money, for others it is love or health. I think happiness depends on problems that excite the person. If he doesn’t have any problems he is very happy and his life is ok. On Monday we had an interesting talk about happiness. Our teacher told us about happiness and its meaning for different people. Everybody had his own happiness. For me it is castanets in my life For Artem it is health of all his relatives. An interesting idea had Katya. For her happiness is having a flower. I don’t know exactly what happiness is, but I want to know it.

Artem radziminski What I Would Do if I Could Turn Back the Clock
Turn back the clock is a very wonderful deed. Many people would use it in different ways. Turn back the clock we correct our mistakes, which we put into practice in future. Example: In school I wrote the test. On the second day I learned my bad result and my mistakes. When I turn back the clock of the test, I would write always correctly and have good marks. But I think that people don’t turn back the clock. People must learn on, not come back.

I’m Proud of My Capital
Kyiv is the capital of Ukraine. I’m very proud of my capital. Now I try to demonstrate it. In 1982 its 1500-th anniversary was celebrated in the country. It was called “The Mother of All Russian Cities”. Kyiv bears the name of prince Kyi.
Kyiv has a big history: the Tatars of central Asia overran and destroyed the city in the 13-th century. After the Tatars retreated from Eastern Europe a century later, Kyiv became the possession of Lithuania. In the 17-th century the city feel under the rule of the Russian Empire where it was to stay until the revolution in 1917.
Now Kyiv is the largest center of our nation. Our capital is also one of the biggest scientific centers. Kyiv is famous for its beauty, for its wonderful broad avenues, lots of chestnut trees and flowers all over the city. Therefore I’m proud of my capital.
