Introduction

As with most emerging technologies, robotic surgery continues to evolve at a rapid pace, making it critical for surgeons to stay updated and skilled in its application. The increasing complexity and diversity of robotic systems have resulted in a growing demand for comprehensive, high-quality training resources. These resources cater to both novices and experienced surgeons, offering opportunities to build foundational knowledge, enhance technical skills, and foster professional growth.
While most training resources currently focus on the Intuitive da Vinci robotic platform, an increasing number of platform-agnostic resources are emerging as the eld diversies. This chapter provides a structured and detailed overview of key resources available for robotic surgeons, covering foundational knowledge, practical skills, professional networking, and continuing education opportunities. It serves as a roadmap for navigating the wealth of information and tools essential for excelling in this innovative eld.
