(8)The crimes within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court shall not be subject to any statute of limitations.

(9)All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company and the Company will send Distributor a written acknowledgment of accepted orders.

(10)Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company, orders accepted by the Company shall not be subject to cancellation, change or modification by Distributor.
