due to
1) благодаря (благоприятное явление, ситуация), из-за
(неблагоприятное явление, ситуация), вследствие (нейтральное
явление, ситуация);
2) разработанный, составленный, представленный, предложенный,
если due to используется перед одушевленным существительным.
Запомните словосочетание:
to be due to – происходить благодаря (из-за, вследствие),
обусловливаться

Глагол to take принимает разные значения в зависимости от
послелога:
to take away – удалять, вычитать
to take for– принимать за,

rather than.
rather:
1) скорее – если rather стоит в начале предложения или в запятых;
2) довольно – если rather стоит перед прилагательным или наречием;
rather than:

1) а не – если rather than находится в середине фразы;
2) вместо того чтобы – если rather than стоит в начале фразы или
перед герундием.
rather ... than – скорее ... чем

VI. Некоторые способы перевода предлога by:
1) путем, с помощью;
2) к – в основном при наличии глагола в форме Perfect;
3) написанный, составленный, проведенный – если by употребляется перед собственными именами;
4) на – если by употребляется с глаголами типа to divide разделить,
to multiply умножить, to increase увеличивать;
5) by не переводится, когда передает отношения, выражаемые в русском языке творительным падежом.

2) при (условиях, обстоятельствах);

недогрузить, to underproduce – выпускать (продукцию) в недостаточном количестве.
Запомните перевод следующих словосочетаний, которые в англий-
ском предложении являются правым определением, но при переводе
ставятся перед определяемым словом:
