Will you have been learning English for 10 years this September? Are
you saying you still can’t understand the British? - В этом сентябре

For negatives use WILL + NOT +have been V-ing
- Will you have been studying here for 2 months when I arrive? - Ты

- No, I won’t. I will not have been studying here so long. – Нет. Я не
буду здесь учиться так долго.
We use Future Perfect Continuous to focus on the duration, or longevity of
the action; we use Future Perfect Simple to focus on the completion.
