you think that the main reasons are unsuccessful advertising and your old brand

Discuss these problems and find a solution.
Student B
You have failed the launching of your product – a new chocolate bar and sweets of your old brand. Participate in the discussion using the following information:
you agree about the target audience: they were old people and children, the
wrong time (in the morning); they are limited in using your product because of
health, age and restriction of the parents (for children);
you disagree about the budget; you think that it was managed and used well; you think that your company could not explain your targets and did not rebrand
your product.

You need to discuss the necessity of a big advertising campaign that may improve the situation and make it possible to find new clients and the details of this campaign (your target audience, the type of advertisements etc).

it should not be a big campaign, it`s very expensive; your target audience is business organisations, schools, kindergartens;

Variant A
История нашей компании началась в 1995 году. Тогда компания была не­большой семейной фермой, в ней работало всего 6 человек. Сегодня мы имеем штат сотрудников более чем в 1000 человек. Кроме того, сейчас мы нанимаем дополнительный персонал, потому что наш бизнес расширяется и мы планиру­ем выйти на международный рынок и открыть филиал в Финляндии. В про­шлом году наши доходы выросли на 20%, а продажи увеличились на 30%.
Наша компания не только выращивает овощи и фрукты, мы также упако­вываем продукты питания и поставляем их в магазины. Сейчас мы запускаем новый завод по упаковке.
Мы заботимся об окружающей среде и используем только безопасные технологии в выращивании и производстве. Мы стараемся всё время улучшать качество наших товаров.

Первый руководитель нашей компьютерной компании основал её в 1993 году. Тогда компьютерные технологии только пришли на наш внутренний ры­нок. Сейчас компьютеры есть везде. Student B
You are an experienced presenter. Give recommendations to your colleague about how to make an effective presentation. Offer to stick to the following plan:
greeting (explain yourself what it consists of); topic; dealing with questions; plan of the presentation; aim; the main body of the presentation; summarising.
Put these sections of a presentation in the right order and discuss the details of the content.
