Unit 11. Cultures Variant A

Unit 11. Cultures Variant B

Student B
You are one of the senior managers of a company. Your new General Manager wants to discuss some changes to the corporate culture of your company. You disagree to change the police of the company:
it will be difficult to use family names because employees have known each
other for a long time and are used to call each other by names;
a lot of employees have to work flexible hours but they do their best to achieve
a good result in their work;
long meetings are the waste of time, it is better to use the time for work than
for meetings;
an open-door policy makes the working environment friendlier.
Try to come to some agreement with your partner.
