Rule

We use there is / there are to say something / someone exists.

There isn’t a book on the table. There aren’t 12 students in the class.

Countable

Uncountable

Countable nouns are nouns which we can count (a table / two tables) and can be in the singular and plural.

Uncountable nouns are nouns which we can not count and they have no plural form.(bread, honey, water, coffee, gold, love, etc)

Money, hair, news, advice, snow, weather ,etc

There are some oranges on the table.
